Lil Wayne was arrested back in July 2007 for carrying a .40-caliber semi-automatic. The rapper will be sentenced in February 2010 where it is expected he will serve eight months of the one year prison sentence that is if the judge goes along with the plea deal.

Chiodos Craig Owens Split Photos

Chiodos band members have announced that Craig Owens is no longer part of the musical group. Craig Owens dismissal from the band is not being discussed from the remaining members of Chiodos who earlier this year lost drummer Derrick Frost. Craig Owens has a mental health history and in 2008 almost died after a Xanax overdose.

Brad Bell, Jason Hale, Pat McManaman and Matt Goddard the remaining members of Chiodos released the following statement "Out of respect for all of the hard work that we have put in together for all of these years, we will not be discussing the specific reasons that this needed to happen. We wish Craig well. We will absolutely be continuing on as a band and we will keep you informed as this next chapter unfolds"
