Young and the Restless star Darius McCrary in the middle of a nasty child custody battle. Three years ago Darius McCrary had a one night stand with some chick in Michigan that resulted in a son. Shortly after the child was born One Night Stand Chick signed over primary custody to Darius. They agreed the boy would live with Darius in California for 9 months out of the year and spend summers and holidays in Michigan with his mother. That was three years ago. One Night Stand Chick says Darius took the boy to California and never looked back. Now she's fighting for visitation but Darius upped the stakes by filing for sole custody. The mother is said to be shocked and furious. With all the negative controversy that surrounds Darius, its good to hear that he has stepped up to the plate and is being a full time, sole custodial parent, even if the way he went about was shady.
