Law enforcement tells us…cops stopped Frankie for a routine traffic violation yesterday when they noticed an active warrant out for her arrest stemming from a probation violation. This is so sad. I was pulling for Frankie to be better after she was on Celebrity Rehab but I guess not.
We’re told cops then performed a search–and found “drug-related material” on her person.
Lons was arrested and transported to a nearby jail–where she was booked for the probation violation and misdemeanor possession of drug-related material.
This morning, Lons is still in custody.

An actress who appeared on the HBO series "The Wire" was among more than 60 people arrested in an early morning drug raid in the Baltimore area, authorities said Thursday.
Felicia "Snoop" Pearson, 30, who played a killer of the same name on the hit television series, is among the dozens arrested in the raids carried out by Drug Enforcement Administration agents, Baltimore police and others, police said. Federal and local officials planned to announce the prosecution of a large Baltimore drug gang at a news conference Thursday afternoon.
Local television showed video of Pearson being led by DEA agents from an apartment building downtown to a waiting police van. Police declined to say what charges she faces.
The raids were the result of a seven-month investigation of a heroin, cocaine and marijuana operation that spread from the east side of the city into the west and northwest and into the county, DEA Special Agent Edward Marcinko said. Many of those arrested will face conspiracy charges.

Chris Brown's Former Jumpoff Arrested For Child Endangerment
The 7-year-old boy was coming home from school to an empty apartment and spending nights alone while his mother worked in Philadelphia, borough police said Friday. The boy told police that he would get off the bus most days and wait for someone to leave or enter the gated parking garage under the apartment complex in the 100 block of North Park Road so he could get into the building, police said. His mother, would leave the apartment door unlocked and microwave dinners in the freezer for him, they said.
Police arrested Howard at the apartment Thursday night on a charge of endangering the welfare of a child. She remained free on $25,000 bail after arraignment before District Judge Ann L. Young in Reading Central Court. According to court records: A policeman found the boy alone in a disheveled apartment Dec. 16 about 2 a.m. after the boy called 9-1-1 and told dispatchers he was home alone. He told Patrolman Kevin M. Quinter that he called his mother’s cell phone about 20 times to find out where she was. He last spoke to her when he called her after getting off the bus. She said she was at a tanning salon and would be home soon.
The apartment looked like it had been ransacked, with women’s undergarments scattered throughout the living room. A small dog was in a cage, and dog feces and dog urine were in several places in the apartment. While Quinter talked to the boy, the youth got a TV dinner from the freezer, stood on the counter and put it into the microwave. Police called the boy’s grandmother, who took him home. She said she had been watching her grandson while Howard went to her job overnight in Philadelphia, but she had not been baby-sitting the boy for a few months.
Howard, who said she worked as a model, returned home about 8:45 a.m. and police told her that her son was in the care of the county Children and Youth Services while they investigated. Police did not know the status of the child Friday. They charged Howard on Dec. 30, but did not immediately arrest her because she agreed to surrender to sheriff’s deputies. When she didn’t, police went to the apartment and arrested her.
This tragic tale just goes to show that everything that glitters ain't gold. It should be a cold day in hell when a mother leaves her child unattended for days on end, however, this sort of thing is becoming more and more prevalent among young women who are trying to be chose by a baller, entertainer, musician, etc. I hope Draya gets her act together and fights to get her son back. Gucci Mane Is Under Mental Evalution For 30 Days
Gucci Mane was arrested yesterday and is reportedly under mental evaluation for the next 30 days. Gucci filed a Special Plea of Mental Incompetency stating he was not in a mental state to fight prosecutors efforts to revoke his bail because he cannot “intelligently participate in the probation revocation hearing.” TMZ reports the judge ordered Gucci into custody — and immediately committed the rapper into a mental health treatment facility pending an evaluation of his mental condition. Let's hope that this is Gucci's way of trying to manipulate the system, either way I hope he get the help he needs and get's back in the studio soon.

DMX Arrested For Drugs Again
DMX got arrested for violating his probation. DMX was cited for use of Oxycontin without a prescription, failing to submit to drug testing, failing to participate in counseling programs, failure to make payments, and driving on a suspended license. Not to mention that when they arrested him he had some coke on him. I seriously think its time for him to lay low and get cleaned up at this point. He should just find a job 9-5 and work on himself. The Infamous Kat Stacks May Be Deported
From Vibe
According to The Nashville Criminal Justice Center, Kat Stacks, who was arrested Friday Nov 5 under an immigration hold, has a 90% chance of being deported to Venezuela this week.
The young mother born Andrea Herrera-Cardena was detained in Nashville, Tennessee just three days after celebrating her 21st birthday. She's currently being held without bail at the Nashville Correctional Development Center For Females. "She didn't get arrested for a state charge, so she must've missed an immigration court date in the past. Once that happens they start looking for you and once they got you... it's a wrap," says Miss Pugh a police assistant at Nashville's CJC.
Pugh also stated that most of the time illegal aliens are deported within seven days of detainment. However, if the woman who made a name for herself by sexing and terrorizing rappers seeks council, there may be a chance she stays on US soil.
