Basketball legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is battling a rare form of blood cancer called chronic myeloid leukemia. Kareem says that he was diagnosed last December and that his prognosis is good. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar is the NBA all time leading scorer and a member of the basketball hall of fame.
