Fashion guru, Karl Lagerfeld shot Kanye West for the issue which will include a real $1 dollar bill in Yeezy’s mouth….well if you’re lucky. One out of every 10 copies comes with the real deal. The others show Kanye with a $100 bill hanging out of his mouth.
