After waiving Carlos Arroyo, the Miami Heat are expected to sign point guard Mike Bibby once he clears waivers on Wednesday. Bibby was recently bought out after playing just one game for the Washington Wizards.
The Breakdown
While Bibby's having one of the worst season of his career, he's managed to hang around the top 100 of our player ratings purely because he's one of the top three-point shooters in the NBA. He'll likely take over starting point guard duties in Miami and should get a lot of wide open looks as defenses focus on the Big Three. Teams in need of a long distance shooter should definitely add Bibby, but don't expect too much from him in other categories.
