If I told you that this was Texas rapper Paul Wall would you believe me? Last month, he revealed that he had lost over 100lbs after undergoing gastric sleeve surgery. He used to be 320lbs. Paul Wall was spotted last night at the 53rd Annual GRAMMY Awards Music Preservation Project “Word Revolution” event in Los Angeles.
